I have to say this was one of my best reads!!!!!I literally almost went all "Kathy Bates" on her when I turned the last page and there was NO MORE TO READ!!!!!
She did such a terrific job with this book. I mean it had EVERYTHING you could want in it. Mind you this was the second book in her "Tattered series" Book 1 "Kaycee's Tattered Spirit", (Also a great read) Book 2 "Reconciled".😊😊😊 Book 3 "Revelations" (Still to come) and I personally can't wait.
I am beyond proud of her accomplishments with her writing. She is really becoming a fantastic author. Kudos to you Kathy 😊
I was so caught up in this book. The characters are fabulous and the story is Sooo captivating. I mean I felt like I was right there with them. (Not that I should be for some of the scenes)

This book has Romance, suspense, heated romance, heart break, and happiness and truly is a MUST read!

I loved book 2. It introduved other characters to the playing field. But it perfectly rounded the circle for kaycee and mason.. to be apart for so long and to come back together. To pain and heart ache. Together they must fight though the pain caused by one another to find happiness
I have to say this one was way better than the first part. You get answers needed and it is a continuation from her "Tattered series" Book 1 "Kaycee's Tattered Spirit" This book was filled with suspense for me and I loved it. It has some dark stuff but the PLOT itself is amazing and there is romance of course! Cant wait for the third!
So worth the read. I give it 5 stars
Holy hell ...this story is getting intense... there is so much going on trying to figure out all the players and where they stand but it flows so smoothly.. Kaycee and Mason are meant to be together but there is so much danger lurking around them that they are not even aware of... Poor Alaia is trapped in this horrible situation and has no idea why her... her only focus is to protect her son at any cost.. And in the mist of all this drama she meets Alex who she feels such a connection to but can she trust anyone her life is in a complete mess and she is scared of what will happen to Jacques... I can not wait for the next book to see what happens next.. this is going to be torture thinking about what might happen...
Gifted a copy in exchange for honest review
This series definitely needs to be read in order to appreciate all the intricacies and the character development. This series offers the reader lust, sex, suspense, betrayal, illegal activity and so much more. I was not ready for the book to end. It is like watching a movie and not knowing what is going to happen next. Looking forward to reading book 3 when it comes out. I was sitting on the edge of my seat when I finished this book.
Note There are triggers for many in this book. Kidnapping, abuse, and illegal activities. For the grammar police, there are some issues but please give the book a chance. It really is a great story/plot.

LOVED this book! It keeps getting better. K.C. keeps the suspense going. I did not want to put the book down. I'm in suspense waiting for book three.
Kaycee is starting fresh, new city and a new job. But her thoughts still include the one man who broke her body and soul!! But the heart wants what it wants. She also has a new sexy diversion, Alex Halaway okay he is easy on the eyes and a panty melting voice. PANTY MELTING... He is everything Mason is not. To complicate matters Mason Malone re enters her life ( could they end up in bed) teaming up with Alex and her to bring down a criminal... but not your ordinary criminal. This criminal has more secrets and a mysterious past. The book had me crying,laughing and I hated finishing, I felt like I was inside the book. That is an extraordinary book,written by a truly gifted author. The emotional and spiritual depth in the book is unsurpassed. I could relate to certain aspects of the story. It tugs at your heart. K.C. Rice was someone I found by accident, her Tattered series is just outstanding,the drama,suspense and intrigue is just out of this world. The love scenes were decadent and tender, not all books have to be dripping with sex to be sensational. Love the series and the author, five stars isn't enough. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a mind blowing series.
